Ham and Cheese Crackers
For this easy snack all you have to do is cut your ham and cheese into toddler sized portions and serve them along side a handful of crackers. If you want to add a little fun, you can cut your ham and cheese into your toddlers favorite shapes using cookie cutters.
For this one I suggest bibs and a burp cloth in their lap, because this can get messy! Cut your fruit into toddler portioned sizes and serve along side a small bowl of yogurt. (Plate mats that don’t move is perfect for avoiding their bowl on the floor.) Your toddler will get a serving of fruit and calcium and protein. Win for mom!

Low Sugar Cereal
I HAVE to keep cheerios in my kitchen. Its a super easy yet great snack that you can wet with a little milk or let them enjoy dry. Quick tip for mom’s on the go, you can never go wrong with a ziploc bag of cheerios in your purse for your toddler.
Veggies and Dip
The best apart about this is you can make them ahead of time by meal prepping. I use a meal planner for my tots that has changed my life.
By using a meal planner I started saving money on groceries, because I was only buying what I was going to actually use. I started saving time at the grocery store, because I knew exactly what I was there to get. And I started saving time during the day by having their meals prepped, which as a stay-at-home mom of twin toddlers, a 7 month old, and one on the way, I need.
If you don’t already have one you can download a free meal planner, grocery list, and meal prep guide right below.
Back to the veggies and dip, cut veggies such as carrots, cucumbers, celery, or broccoli into finger size portions for toddlers. It’s best to steam them so that they are soft enough for little ones. And serve with ranch dressing, tots will enjppy being able to dip their veggies into something.
Peanut Butter Sandwich
This go to snack has been around forever and never gets old. You can try different things like adding banana or apple slices instead of using jelly or almond butter. Nutella also tastes amazing. You could also roll a tortilla of PB&J and cut into it into pin wheels. Yum!
Quick Cheese Quesadilla
Take a soft tortilla and fill half of it with shredded cheese. Fold the other half over, you should have a half of circle, microwave it for about 30 seconds, long enough for the cheese to melt. Then cut your quick quesadilla into wedges and allow it cool before giving it to your toddler.
This is one of my favorite toddler snacks, all you need is half a banana or some of their favorite berries, milk, and yogurt, and a blender. Blend your smoothie ingredients until they are smooth, great thing about this smoothie is that it can go in a sippy cup and come out with no problem. Your toddler will LOVE their smoothie snack.
